History: The Food Systems & Technologies Professionals Club began in March of 1972 as the Home Economics in Business Club. The name change was a result of the University's dropping the Home Economics in Business major. The objectives of the Club are: to participate in the promotion of the objectives of the state and national Home Economics in Business programs; provide for the planning of workable programs; help students meet and know people who have attained recognition in the area of home economics in business; and to work together and share enthusiasm for home economics in business. Description: This collection includes three scrapbooks containing photographs, minutes of meetings, newsletters, and information on programs and tours.
